Mindfulness Walk On the Horseshoe
Location: MEET ON THE GREENE ST GAMECOCK IN FRONT OF RUSSELL HOUSE
When you're walking to class, do you stop and smell the flowers? Do you find that you can never stop thinking about the next item on your to-do list? During this event, Students will learn how to take care of themselves and practice mindfulness by taking a guided walk around the horseshoe with Stress Management Coordinator Justina Siuba. Research shows that the practice of mindfulness reduces symptoms of anxiety.
